1. ABOUT US
This website (“the Site”) is operated by Langtins (“we”, “us”, “our”).
We’re here to bring you fun, flavour-packed products and a smooth online shopping experience.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
We work hard to show our products as accurately as possible, but please remember:
- Images on the Site are for illustration and colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
- Product packaging may vary from what you see in photos.
From time to time, we may update the Site, refresh product ranges, or change features without prior notice.
3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders depend on stock availability, even if the Site indicates otherwise.
If an item you’ve ordered is unavailable, we may need to cancel that part of your order.
You’re always welcome to place a new order once stock is replenished, at the current listed price.
4. YOUR ORDER
These Terms apply to every purchase you make from Langtins (each a “Contract”).
When you place an order, you’ll receive an automated acknowledgement email.
This simply confirms that we’ve received your order — it does not mean we’ve accepted it.
By placing an order, you’re making an offer to buy products under these Terms.
Your order is accepted only when we email you a dispatch confirmation, typically within 2 days.
If we are unable to accept your order for any reason, we’ll contact you by email or phone.
We keep digital records of orders, acknowledgements, and confirmations. We recommend saving or printing your own copies for future reference.
We aim to deliver orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays outside our control unless required by law.
5. PAYMENT
The price you see at checkout is the price you’ll be charged. Prices may change from time to time.
Although we do our best to keep pricing accurate, mistakes can happen.
If a product is listed at the wrong price:
- If the correct price is higher, we’ll contact you to confirm whether you’d like to continue or cancel. If we can’t reach you, we’ll cancel the order.
- If the correct price is lower, we’ll charge the lower amount.
Likewise, if a product description or image contains an error that affects the price, we’ll follow the same process.
All prices include VAT where applicable.
Additional costs — such as delivery fees or taxes — will be shown before you complete your order.
Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment partners (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal).
Your transaction may require validation from your card issuer.
To help protect against fraud, we may run identity checks via a credit reference agency. This does not affect your credit score and is handled securely in line with the Data Protection Act 2018. For more on how we use your data, see our Privacy Policy.
If payment errors occur after delivery (e.g., a technical issue), we reserve the right to request any outstanding amounts from you for up to six years, in accordance with English law.
6. DELIVERY

Once your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive a dispatch email with an estimated delivery timeframe.
Please note: these timeframes are estimates, and occasionally deliveries may fall outside them.
We deliver to the address you provide at checkout.
7. Refunds & Returns
If you change your mind about your order, you may cancel it and return the item(s) to us within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Please note that we do not offer free returns for unwanted items. You will be responsible for the cost of returning your order to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping your proof of postage.
To be eligible for a refund, all item(s) must be returned in their original condition—unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items that are damaged, incomplete, or not in their original condition (unless due to our error) will not qualify for a full refund. We’re also unable to process refunds for enquiries made more than 30 days after delivery.
To start a return, please submit an enquiry via our Contact Us page within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your full name and order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
